Perusing

I ingest information from all sorts of sources. Whether it's physical or ebooks, online videos, news sources, or random conversations. I just like to keep learning new things. The side of this that sometimes annoys people is that I rarely assume any source is authoritative. I will always look for another source for the same information. It's not that I doubt anyone, but I may see something different in the same information and I want to be sure I'm not missing something. I also like to see how different sources present the same information. than others may. And seeing the same information from a different source helps cement it into my own brain. The topic is irrelevant.

Favorite Sources

  • Ground News: They don't write the news, they provide a portal to news from all sources with non-biased ratings of the overall gist of it.
  • YouTube Videos: Take with a grain of salt. There are some great channels, but also a lot of misinformation.
  • Wikipedia: I know, they get blasted as being a bad source of information, but I would be happy to explain why they have a bad rap on that!
  • HumbleBundle: This is an amazing source for e-books!
